How do I Exchange an item?

We guarantee all merchandise for 15 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange any unworn, *defective merchandise or incorrect shipments FREE, for a prompt exchange. We do not offer cash refunds/credits or returns, only Exchanges.

All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached. We cannot process exchanges for items that were not purchased at goorin.com. We are not responsible for items that we do not receive or that is not returned for exchange in accordance with the terms of our return policy.

We do not accept any exchanges without a Exchange Authorization Form. A Exchange Authorization Form must be obtained before returning the merchandise. To obtain a (EAF) please e-mail websupport@goorin.com along with your sales order number to receive the form electronically. Once we receive your completed form we will offer you further instructions on how to receive your exchange.
