What's my hat size?

To determine which hat size will fit you best, measure the circumference of your head loosely. Use a soft (cloth) measuring tape to measure just above your ears where your hat will be worn. When you determine your measurement, consult the chart of Goorin hat sizes.

Men's Hat Sizing
* X-Small (approximately 56 cm *22 inches=7)
* Small (approximately 57 cm *22-1/2 inches = 7 1/8)
* Medium (approximately 58 cm *22-3/4 inches = 7 1/4)
* Large (approximately 59 cm *23 inches = 7 1/2)
* X-Large (approximately 60 cm *23-1/2 inches = 7 3/4)
* One Size (equivalent to a Medium/Large)

Women's Hat Sizing
* Small (approximately 56 cm *22 inches = 7)
* Medium (approximately 57 cm *22 1/2 inches  = 7 1/8)

Kid's Hat Sizing
* Small (approximately 50 cm *19-1/2 inches = 6 1/4 )
* Medium (approximately 52 cm *20-1/4 inches = 6 1/2)

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. Please click here for alternative ways of finding Goorin Brothers products abroad.

How can I order an unavailable product?

If you cannot find the product for which you are looking, it may be available at one of our retail stores or retail partner stores. Use Find A Store to locate an authorized retailer near you.

You may also send an e-mail to info@goorin.com requesting information regarding the style number, size, and color you are interested in purchasing. A representative will reply to let you know if and when that style/size/color will be back in stock. If it is no longer available, we will send you a list of similar products currently available.

What are my payment options?

You may pay with your Visa®, MasterCard®, or American Express®. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or Paypal®.

What about sales tax?

A sales tax of 7.25% is applicable only to orders placed in California or shipped to California.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No. We currently do not offer gift wrapping; all our products are shipped in a cardboard box with the Goorin Bros. logo on the side.

What are my shipping options?

We offer 3 UPS shipping options at a FLAT RATE:
1. UPS Ground $7.95
2. UPS Air 2-Day $20.00
3. UPS Air Overnight $40.00

Unless you specify otherwise, we ship UPS Ground to all street addresses in the continental U.S. Please allow 2 to 8 business days for delivery.

Addresses in HI and AK must be shipped using UPS Air at a flat rate:
1. UPS Air 2-Day $40.00
2. UPS Air Overnight $65.00

Please note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
UPS does not deliver 2-day shipments on holidays or weekends.
*We do not deliver to APO addresses at this time.

When can I expect my order?

We process and ship orders by 12:00 PM PST Monday thru Friday. When your order has shipped from our warehouse you will be e-mailed a confirmation and UPS Tracking Number.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform UPS of special delivery instructions or change of address.

I want my hat by this weekend, when should I order it?

We are happy to expedite your order via UPS Air Overnight. To insure you have your hat by the weekend you should place your order no later than Thursday, 12:00 PM PST.

Please note: We do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

How can I change or cancel an order?

If you would like to change or cancel a purchase, please call Customer Service toll free at 1-800-862-0100 as soon as possible after placing your online order. Goorin.com representatives are available Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST.

How do I Exchange an item?

We guarantee all merchandise for 15 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange any unworn, *defective merchandise or incorrect shipments FREE, for a prompt exchange. We do not offer cash refunds/credits or returns, only Exchanges.

All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached. We cannot process exchanges for items that were not purchased at goorin.com. We are not responsible for items that we do not receive or that is not returned for exchange in accordance with the terms of our return policy.

We do not accept any exchanges without a Exchange Authorization Form. A Exchange Authorization Form must be obtained before returning the merchandise. To obtain a (EAF) please e-mail websupport@goorin.com along with your sales order number to receive the form electronically. Once we receive your completed form we will offer you further instructions on how to receive your exchange.

I received a damaged item...

Damaged products must be reported within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. A exchage authorization form must be obtained before returning the merchandise. We will replace damaged products with new items of the same style, size, and color. To obtain a return authorization form, please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-862-0100 x313 or e-mail websupport@goorin.com.
*Return shipping is absolutely free for defective items sent.

I bought a hat in a store can I return it through Goorin.com?

No. We are happy that you bought a Goorin product but the retail stores operate independently of Goorin.com.

Do you make custom hats?

To keep our prices reasonable for our customers we do not make custom hats. If you have issues with sizing some of our hats can be tailored. Our Cadet hats can be altered by your tailor to fit, the cost typically runs between $7 to $20.

Can I buy wholesale to embroider my own logo onto the hat?

No. We currently do not offer co-branding of our products.
