We are happy to expedite your order via UPS Air Overnight. To insure you have your hat by the weekend you should place your order no later than Thursday, 12:00 PM PST.

No. We currently do not offer gift wrapping; all our products are shipped in a cardboard box with the Goorin Bros. logo on the side.
A sales tax of 9.5% is applicable only to orders placed in California or shipped to California.
You may pay with your Visa®, MasterCard®, or American Express®. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or Paypal®.
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time.

To keep our prices reasonable for our customers we do not make custom hats. If you have issues with sizing some of our hats can be tailored. Our Cadet hats can be altered by your tailor to fit, the cost typically runs between $7 to $20.
To determine your hat size we suggest that you use a cloth tape measure.
You want to measure the circumference of your head. To do this, place the tape 1/8 of an inch above your ears, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Make certain the tape lies midway on your occipital bone (that little bump in the middle of the back of your head). Be sure to hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. The idea is to try to measure your head exactly where your hat will be worn. When you determine your measurement, consult the chart of Goorin hat sizes.
- Goorin Hat Sizing:
- Small (approximately 55.5 cm-56cm *21 7/8 inches= 7)
- Medium (approximately 57 cm *22-1/4 inches = 7 1/8)
- Large (approximately 59 cm *23 inches = 7 3/8)
- X-Large (approximately 60 cm *23-1/2 inches = 7 1/2)
- XX-Large (approximately 62 cm *24-1/4 inches = 7 7/8)
- One Size (equivalent to a Medium/Large)
- Kid's Hat Sizing:
- Small (approximately 50 cm *19-1/2 inches = 6 1/4 )
- Medium (approximately 52 cm *20-1/4 inches = 6 1/2)
- Large (approximately 54 cm *21-1/8 inches = 6 3/4)
- O/S (adjustable back)= 6 1/4 - 6 3/4
- S/M (fits from 50-52cm) = 6 1/4 - 6 1/2
- M/L (fits from 52-54cm) = 6 1/2 - 6 3/4
If you would like to change or cancel a purchase, please call Customer Service toll free at 1-510-732-9160 as soon as possible after placing your online order you only have 1 HOUR to cancel your order after placing. Goorin.com representatives are available Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST.
We process and ship orders by 12:00 PM PST Monday thru Friday. When your order has shipped from our warehouse you will be e-mailed a confirmation and UPS Tracking Number.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform UPS of special delivery instructions or change of address.
Damaged products must be reported within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. A exchange authorization form must be obtained before returning the merchandise. We will replace damaged products with new items of the same style, size, and color.
To obtain a return authorization form and return label, please call our customer service at: 1-510-732-9160 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PST.
*Return shipping is absolutely free for defective items sent.
• Goorin guarantees all merchandise 15 days from the receipt of your shipment.
• Exchanges for different SIZE or COLOR of same hat are processed and shipped immediately back to you upon receipt of return.
• Exchanges for Store Credit can be used on any Goorin products on Goorin.com
• Returned items must be as you received them: Clean, all hang tags attached, and in the original box and/or packaging.
• DEFECTIVE merchandise or INCORRECT shipments will be free of shipping charges if promptly exchanged, exchanges will only be responsible for shipping the product to the Goorin Warehouse.
• No credits will be issued for items that have been worn; there should be no marks of facial make-up or hair product on the hat.
• We do not offer cash refunds and cannot process exchanges for items that were not purchased on Goorin.com.
• An Exchange Form must be obtained before returning the merchandise.

We offer 3 UPS shipping options for domestic shipments:

2. UPS Air 2-Day
3. UPS Air Overnight
Unless you specify otherwise, we ship UPS Ground to all street addresses in the continental U.S. Please allow 3 to 8 business days for delivery.

The payment of duty and taxes (PST, GST/HST) are the responsibility of the importer.Brokerage fees for orders shipped to residential addresses under $200 CAD will pay $10.50 CAD, higher orders will pay a discounted but slightly higher rate. Commercial addresses are exempt from this discounted brokerage program and will pay a brokerage based on their own negotiated rates.
