I bought a hat in a store can I return it through Goorin.com?

Unfortunately not, we are happy that you bought a Goorin product but the retail stores operate independently of Goorin.com.

I want my hat by this weekend, when should I order it?

We are happy to expedite your order via UPS Air Overnight. To insure you have your hat by the weekend you should place your order no later than Thursday, 12:00 PM PST.

Please note: We do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No. We currently do not offer gift wrapping; all our products are shipped in a cardboard box with the Goorin Bros. logo on the side.

What about sales tax?

A sales tax of 9.5% is applicable only to orders placed in California or shipped to California.

What are my payment options?

You may pay with your Visa®, MasterCard®, or American Express®. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or Paypal®.

Do you accept orders over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time.

Can I purchase gift certificates?

Yes. We do offer gift certificates for our Retail Stores ONLY. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate please call one of our Goorin hat shops which can be found here: Goorin Hat Shops List
