How do I Exchange an item?

• Goorin guarantees all merchandise 15 days from the receipt of your shipment.

• Exchanges for different SIZE or COLOR of same hat are processed and shipped immediately back to you upon receipt of return.

• Exchanges for Store Credit can be used on any Goorin products on Goorin.com

• Returned items must be as you received them: Clean, all hang tags attached, and in the original box and/or packaging.
• DEFECTIVE merchandise or INCORRECT shipments will be free of shipping charges if promptly exchanged, exchanges will only be responsible for shipping the product to the Goorin Warehouse.

• No credits will be issued for items that have been worn; there should be no marks of facial make-up or hair product on the hat.

• We do not offer cash refunds and cannot process exchanges for items that were not purchased on Goorin.com.


• An Exchange Form must be obtained before returning the merchandise.

• Return shipping is absolutely free for defective items sent.

• If you bought a hat in at a Goorin store we cannot accept its return through Goorin.com because the retail stores operate independently of Goorin.com. Please return your hat to the store directly.
