If you would like to change or cancel a purchase, please call Customer Service at (510) 732-9167 as soon as possible after placing your online order you only have 1 HOUR to cancel your order after placing. Goorin.com representatives are available Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST.

We process and ship orders by 12:00 PM PST Monday thru Friday. When your order has shipped from our warehouse you will be e-mailed a confirmation and UPS Tracking Number.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform UPS of special delivery instructions or change of address.
