Frequently Asked Questions - Returns

Damaged products must be reported within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. A exchange authorization form must be obtained before returning the merchandise. We will replace damaged products with new items of the same style, size, and color.

*Return shipping is absolutely free for defective items sent.

 Return Policy for Goorin.com Web Orders: • Products may be returned for Exchange, Store Credit, or Credit Card refund, within 30 days of purchase from Goorin.com. • Exchanges are allowed for SIZE or COLOR of THE SAME HAT. All Exchanges of THE SAME HAT receive FREE ground shipping on the new SIZE or COLOR. • Store Credit is available for customers who wish to return an item for a different product. Store Credit can be used to purchase any item on goorin.com. • Only items returned in original mint condition will be accepted. All products must be clean, unworn, in its original packaging, and have all hang tags attached. • No credits will be issued for items that have been worn; there should be no marks of facial make-up or hair product on the hat. • We do not offer cash refunds and cannot process exchanges for items that were not purchased on Goorin.com. To Exchange any item for credit or for product exchange, you must complete our Merchandise Exchange Form, which is available at. http://www.goorin.com/sites/default/files/Exchange-Form.pdf Please note: only products purchased directly from Goorin.com are eligible to be returned. If you have a product purchased from another Retailer, or from a Goorin Bros. Hat Shop, please return your hat, directly to that store.
