Buy a little happiness. Goorin Bros. gift cards are sold in our hat shops and online, and act just like debit cards. Load a card with any amount you choose, and the recipient can redeem it for any merchandise he or she chooses.
Gift cards can be used at goorin.com or in any Goorin shop in the United States. Please note that gift cards cannot be used in our Canadian shops.

We accept cash, Goorin Bros. gift cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept checks, money orders, or PayPal.
Sales tax is applied to orders that ship to any location where we’ve got a shop. Currently, this list includes California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington in the United States, and British Columbia and Ontario in Canada.
We do not charge sales tax on gift cards.
While we do ship to Canada, shipping costs are higher, and include duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. The brokerage fees for orders under $200 CAD are $10 CAD. For orders over $200 CAD, brokerage fees vary. Please contact us for an exact amount. Please also note that our online prices are in US Dollars.
While Goorin Bros. does not directly ship hats to international destinations, we can highly recommend MyUS.com, a third party shipping service; MyUS.com will purchase your desired items for you, and you will pay them in turn.
To use MyUS.com:
- Create a MyUS.com account.
- When placing your order, make sure to select the “Do Not Repack” option. This will ensure that your order arrives in the original packaging provided by our warehouse.
- Please note that if you order feathers to accompany your hat, customs will add an import fee of $20-$50 per feather.

We absolutely want you to love what you bought, so if something isn’t right, please let us know.
For returns with an original receipt, we will issue you a credit in the original form of payment. For returns with a gift receipt, we will issue a gift card for the amount of the gift. If you do not have a receipt, we can either offer you a store credit for the current selling price, or we can make an exchange for merchandise equal to the current selling price. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
Returns by mail
- Please download, print, and complete this form.
- Pack up your return and include the completed form in the package.
- If your purchase was made online, please include the original order confirmation number. If you purchased items in one of our shops, please include your receipt.

Returns to a Shop
Any merchandise purchased online can also be returned to a shop. For locations and shop hours, please visit www.goorin.com/hat-shops.
Our online shop can exchange online purchases for the same style in a different size or color. If you prefer an alternate style, please place a new order for the item you’d like, and return the original item for a refund. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for us to process your exchange request.
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase. Please contact us at 1-877-HAT-1895 or email us at email@example.com for assistance. If you are within the deadline, we will refund the difference in your original form of payment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
Free Standard Shipping On Orders of $100. No promo code needed. Offer will automatically apply at checkout with minimum spend of $100. Offer applies only to standard shipping and is not valid for rush or international shipping. Free Standard Shipping is limited to locations in Continental United States and Canada (excluding the Yukon and Northwest Territories).
Please note that you will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days from the day it ships out. When delivering to locations within the Continental United States and Canada (excluding the Yukon and Northwest Territories), orders will be shipped within one (1) business day of the time the order is placed. Occasionally, it will take us up to three (3) business days to ship an order.
If your order contains more than one style, the contents of your order may ship from more than one Goorin Bros. location and arrive in more than one package.
Orders placed after 11 am Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the following business day.
If you place your order after 11 am Pacific Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following Monday.
At this time, we do not ship to Military FPO/APO Box addresses.
