We accept Goorin Bros. gift cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept checks, money orders, or PayPal. We also do not accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express gift cards.
Sales tax is applied to orders that ship to any location where we’ve got a shop.
We do not charge sales tax on gift cards.
While we do ship to Canada, Goorin Bros. online pricing is in US Dollars. Please do also note that shipping costs are higher, due to the fact that duties and brokerage fees are included in the rate.
For orders over $200 CAD, brokerage fees vary. Please contact us for an exact amount.

By ordering goods from Goorin Bros, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian Customs broker chosen by Goorin Bros to act as my agent, and to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for the duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Goorin Bros, and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Goorin Bros. Further, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in my name, so that Goorin Bros can be reimbursed.
While Goorin Bros. does not directly ship hats to international destinations, we can highly recommend MyUS.com, a third party shipping service; MyUS.com will purchase your desired items for you, and you will pay them in turn.
To use MyUS.com:
- Create a MyUS.com account.
- When placing your order, make sure to select the “Do Not Repack” option. This will ensure that your order arrives in the original packaging provided by our warehouse.
- Please note that if you order feathers to accompany your hat, customs will add an import fee of $20-$50 per feather.

We absolutely want you to love what you bought, so if something isn’t right, please let us know.
For returns with an original receipt, we will issue you a credit in the original form of payment. For returns with a gift receipt, we will issue a gift card for the amount of the gift. If you do not have a receipt, we can either offer you a store credit for the current selling price, or we can make an exchange for merchandise equal to the current selling price. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
Returns by mail
- Please download, print, and complete this form.
- Pack up your return and include the completed form in the package.
- If your purchase was made online, please include the original order confirmation number. If you purchased items in one of our shops, please include your receipt.

- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and that we do not provide free return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately seven (7) business days after we receive your return.
Returns to a Shop
Any merchandise purchased online can also be returned to a shop. For locations and shop hours, please visit www.goorin.com/shops.
Our online shop can exchange online purchases for the same style in a different size or color. If you prefer an alternate style, please place a new order for the item you’d like, and return the original item for a refund. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for us to process your exchange request.
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase. Please contact us at 1-877-HAT-1895 or email us at email@example.com for assistance. If you are within the deadline, we will refund the difference in your original form of payment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
We ship via UPS.
Please note that you will receive your order 3-7 business days from the day we ship it. For a delivery estimate, please see the shipping table below.
- Orders placed after 12 pm Central Standard Time will be shipped the following business day.
- If you place your order after 12 pm Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.
- At this time, we do not ship to Military FPO/APO Box addresses.
- Orders containing aerosol can only be shipped via UPS Ground service.
If your order contains more than one style, the contents of your order may ship from more than one Goorin Bros. location and arrive in more than one package.
After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, followed by an email that contains tracking information.
Shipping Costs and Methods – Please note that our expected arrival time assumes that your order has been placed before 12 pm Central Standard Time. If you place an order after that time, please add one additional day.
