As a leader in our company, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate your team to create memorable experiences for anyone who comes into your store. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

·         Recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees at varying levels

·         Driving sales and meeting Key Performance Indicator and sales goals

·         Motivating the sales team

·         Clienteling

·         Driving business through a compelling visual presentation

·         Ensuring operational excellence

·         Driving brand awareness through social media and shop events

·         Working with home office business partners to ensure a great in-store experience

·         Act as a business owner to ensure profitability
