Y'all, first and foremost - Block No.13 aint messin' around. This block is probably our most unique, and most "out of your comfort zone" at first glance. Block No.13 aka The Cattleman Crown.
In case you missed it, I relayed some history behind the Cattleman crown shape over on the blog here. What makes this crown so special is the pinch extends along the sides of the crown, making almost canal like crevices along each side and on the very top.

I'll be honest, this block intimidated the crap out of me at first. It felt extremely masculine and most of the styles sit at a medium-width range and I always feel best in a wider brim. Once Happy Trails came in the creme color I was sold. As soon as I put it on I said, "why did I not think I could rock this before?" Seriously y'all - you are ready. Even though this style crown shape is typically western in wear, it definitely does NOT have to be limited to that by any means. I've worn this style with just a tshirt, a blazer, and even a sundress. Similar to how easy Block No.28 River Gray is to just throw onto any outfit, so is Block No.13 - with just the teensiest bit more americana flair.
This is the cool hat kids block, and you need to add it to your collection. You'll be shocked as to how many times you gravitate towards it.
