Q: Do you have any rituals or routines that you do in your day-to-day life? / A: Since making a full transition to working from home a couple months ago, I’ve needed a morning routine that makes me feel comfortable yet ready to take on the day. Having the blinds up and the curtains open and seeing some natural light really helps me wake up in the morning. Scent is also super powerful to me. I use a mix of oil diffusers, candles, & fragrance. I always have breakfast, coffee & fill up my water- that is a must!
Q: What has been the best purchase you made in the past 12 months? / A: Our first home! After that, probably the cream-colored overalls from Everlane.
Q: Favorite Hat to wear when you need a pick-me-up? / A: If I want to feel most effortlessly me, Big DDD (tan, pencil curl, telescope crown) If I want to feel like a bad-ass, Maya (gaucho crown, teal, rabbit fur)
Q: What are 3 items that you couldn't live without in the summer? / A: Honestly, my number one is my reusable matte black tumbler. I am constantly filling it up with water and adding lemon and lime juice throughout the day. Second would be a fun playlist. Third is a good face mask: my favorite for the past few years is Kiehls Amazonian White Clay masque. My husband swears by it and got me hooked too!
Q: What will be your #1 song on repeat this summer? / A: I am so obsessed with ‘Liberated’ by DeJ Loaf and Leon Bridges – it's such a bop, I can’t help but dance around to it
