We are currently searching for Seasonal Sales Associates with prior sales and/or customer service experience for our Bay Area hat shops. Weekend availability required. Ideal candidates have open availability throughout the holiday season. The shops are located in the Elmwood neighborhood of Berkeley and the North Beach, Union Square and Haight/Ashbury neighborhoods of San Francisco.

    Executive Assistant

    San Francisco, CA

    We are looking for a Full-Time Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the President and Vice President. You will be responsible for skillfully interacting with management within and outside of the company, comfortably communicating with customers, vendors and visitors and flawlessly handling industry secrets and critical details. You will also be responsible for anticipating the needs of multiple managers and flexibly accommodating work schedules.

    Goorin Bros HQ is located in San Francisco, CA in the Mission District right next to Franklin Square.

    Responsibilities

    ·         Coordinate meeting responsibilities (including: logistics, action items, note-taking, assist in preparing and reviewing content, etc.)

    ·         Plan, organize and manage multiple calendars (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities)

    ·         Coordinate all travel arrangements

    ·         Manage logistics for special events as needed

    ·         Manage and reconcile expense reports within time constraints

    ·         Manage special projects, as agreed with manager(s)

    ·         Act as the point of contact between workplace services to meet facility needs for the team

    ·         Obtain an understanding of internal structures and operations of the organization

    ·         Maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy and improve accuracy, while achieving organizational objectives

    ·         Maintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgement, discretion and a high degree of maturity/professionalism

    ·         Partner with Retail, Wholesale, Accounting and other teams on various initiatives

    ·         Apply judgment with a full understanding of urgency and priorities of your leaders, routinely needing to multi-task with little to no direction

    Suggested Qualifications

    ·         2-3 years of experience working in an administrative role at a mid-market company

    Preferred Qualifications

    ·         Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a willingness to take on additional project work

    ·         Experience with meeting and conference planning

    NetSuite Administrator

    San Francisco, CA

    Goorin Bros is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join the Accounting Department. In this role, you will take ownership of as the NetSuite administrator. You will partner with the various departments at Goorin to provide solutions for monitoring and improving data integrity and optimizing existing business processes. Goorin Bros located in San Francisco, CA in the Mission District right next to Franklin Square. This is a 6 month-temporary position with the possibility of full time.

    Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technology solutions in Netsuite according to business and stakeholder requirements from various departments
  • Monitoring of Celigo integrations through the Celigo i/o connector
  • Provide hands-on support for Netsuite users and build solutions for optimizing the usability of the system via SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud
  • Ensure systems integrations with Netsuite are built for scale to align with the growth of the company while maintaining accuracy and completeness of data flowing into NetSuite from our retail NewStore POS platform, Shopify ecommerce platforms, 3PLs, and other third-party systems.
  • Interact with Netsuite software vendors and external consultants and collaborate to drive problems to resolution
  • Review and analyze business requirements, formulate projects and implement business system based solutions to improve customer experience and company performance on NetSuite.
  • Design, develop, test and deploy NetSuite modules and enhancements, build customizations using extensions and scripts to meet business needs.
  • Manage requests for new NetSuite features or functionality and assist with the prioritization of these requests.
  • Assist the Accounting Department with the order-to-cash (invoicing, accounts receivable, payment processing revenue recognition), procure-to-pay (purchasing, receiving, inventory, accounts payable) and record-to-report processes within NetSuite.
  • Assist end users in design and creation of saved searches, custom reports and dashboards to meet operational needs, support month-end & quarter end close procedures. Ability to edit forms to the needs of the end-user.
  • Develop and maintain the NetSuite system configuration including system security, data integrity, customized fields and workflows.
  • Facilitate and coordinate production changes, move code, scripting and configuration changes to production and coordinate NetSuite scheduled release and hot fix implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and debug system issues
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is required
  • Minimum of 3 – years of experience with ERP systems, with at least 1+ years of hands-on technical experience with NetSuite. Experience with Celigo i/o connector.
  • Ability to understand high-level business/operational requirements and write solutions that are appropriate for them
  • Team oriented with a collaborative approach toward problem-solving
  • Project management, system implementation and system integration experience
  • Proficient using SQL & BI tools
  • Proficient using SuiteScript 2.0
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Attitude & work ethic adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment
