What You'll Be Doing

As a leader in our company, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate your team to create memorable experiences for anyone who comes into your store. You will foster an equally balanced sales and customer-service-focused approach with your team through leading by example.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

• Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees at varying levels
• Driving sales and meeting Key Performance Indicator and sales goals
• Motivating the sales team
• Clienteling
• Driving business through a compelling visual presentation
• Ensuring operational excellence
• Driving brand awareness through social media and shop events
• Working with home office business partners to ensure a great in-store experience
• Act as a business owner to ensure profitability

Desired Skills and Experience

• A strong background in customer service and sales
• 3+ years of leadership and management experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Business acumen and analytical skills
• A proven track record of delivering results and clienteling
• Visual merchandising or related fashion experience
• Innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Passion for fashion with great personal style
• Social media savvy
• Ability to lift and carry 40lbs
• Limited travel required

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods at a time

Must be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, sit

Must be able to walk stairs and climb step ladders

Must be able to use keyboard, mouse, and telephone

Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. occasionally or and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently
