Gift Cards Terms and Conditions:
- If the amount of your E-Gift Card is less than the total purchase amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.
- If the amount of your E-Gift Card is over the total purchase amount, the balance of your E-Gift Card will be updated with the remaining amount.
- We do not charge sales tax when you buy an E-Gift Card because it is charged when the E-Gift Card is used.
- E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by state law).
- “Online only” E-Gift Cards can only be used at Goorin.com. E-Gift Cards cannot be used at wholesalers or at reseller locations.

We accept Goorin Bros. gift cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept checks, money orders, or PayPal. We also do not accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express gift cards.
Sales tax is applied to orders that ship to any state and/or location where we’ve got a shop. Currently, this list includes California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington in the United States, and British Columbia and Ontario in Canada.
We do not charge sales tax on gift cards.
While we do ship to Canada, Goorin Bros. online pricing is in US Dollars. Please do also note that shipping costs are higher, due to the fact that duties and brokerage fees are included in the rate.

By ordering goods from Goorin Bros, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian Customs broker chosen by Goorin Bros to act as my agent, and to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for the duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Goorin Bros, and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Goorin Bros. Further, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in my name, so that Goorin Bros can be reimbursed.
While Goorin Bros. does not directly ship hats to international destinations, we can highly recommend MyUS.com, a third party shipping service; MyUS.com will purchase your desired items for you, and you will pay them in turn.

- Create a MyUS.com account (Click Here).
- MyUS will recognize the link and apply a 1 year free Premium membership to your order, so that you do not incur any additional costs, and can place a “Personal Shopper” order. (If you do not use the link, you will not receive this discount).
- When placing your order, make sure to select the “Do Not Repack” option. This will ensure that your order arrives in the original packaging provided by our warehouse.
- Please note that if you order feathers to accompany your hat, customs will add an import fee of $20-$50 per feather.

- Whenever possible, please return items clean and unworn, and with the original receipt.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless your order arrives incorrect or damaged, in which case please contact us at 877-428-1895, or at firstname.lastname@example.org for a prepaid return shipping label.
- Returns with the original receipt will be credited in the original form of payment for the amount paid.
- Returns with a Gift Receipt will be issued a Gift Card.
- Returns without a receipt will be offered a store credit or exchange for the current selling price.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS FOR REFUNDS OR A GIFT CARD
1. Please note the item name, sku number, color and size in the grid below, as well as your reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or Gift Card.
2. Please make note of your contact information, telephone or email, in the “Additional Comments” should our Customer Care team need to contact you.
3. Pack up your return and include this form with the package.
4. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has beenprocessed, or, Gift Card mailed.
ONLINE ORDER RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
1. Please note that at this time we are able to exchange online purchases returned to our Distribution Center, for the same style, different size or color, only. (If you prefer an alternate style, please place a new order for the item, and follow the steps above for returning your original order for a refund.)
2. Please make note of the reason for your exchange, and the size or color you prefer, in the “Additional Comments”.
3. Please also make note of your contact information, telephone or email, in the “Additional Comments”, should our Customer Care team need to contact you.
4. Pack up your return and include this form with the package.
5. You will receive email confirmation once your exchange has been shipped.
RETURNING YOUR IN-STORE PURCHASE
1. To ensure proper processing, please return your GoorinBros. in-store purchases to any Goorin Bros. retail location in the US or Canada, for exchange, refund, or store credit.
2. This form may be used to accompany the shipment if you are mailing to a Retail location; please be certain to include your contact information, telephone or email, in the “Additional Comments” section, should the shop need to reach out to you.
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase. Please contact us at 1-877-HAT-1895 or email us at email@example.com for assistance. If you are within the deadline, we will refund the difference in your original form of payment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
Free Shipping on All Orders over $150. Expedited Shipping not included.
Free Shipping is for Ground Shipping, applies to orders shipping in the 48 contiguous states.
Please note that you will receive your order 3-7 business days from the day we ship it. For a delivery estimate, please see the shipping table below.
- If you place your after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week. This applies to Fedex 2Day and Overnight orders as well as those requesting Fedex Ground and Standard service.
- After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, followed by an email that contains tracking information.
- Please do note that multiple item orders may result in split shipment based on stock availability. We will email tracking confirmation with updated delivery estimations.
- At this time, we do not ship to Military FPO/APO Box addresses.
- We do not offer 2Day or Overnight shipping to Canada.
- We do not offer Fedex Saturday delivery service.
- Orders containing aerosol can only be shipped via Fedex Ground.
