Sales tax is applied to orders that ship to any state and/or location where we’ve got a shop. Currently, this list includes California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington in the United States, and British Columbia and Ontario in Canada.
We do not charge sales tax on gift cards.
While we do ship to Canada, Goorin Bros. online pricing is in US Dollars. Please do also note that shipping costs are higher, due to the fact that duties and brokerage fees are included in the rate.

By ordering goods from Goorin Bros, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian Customs broker chosen by Goorin Bros to act as my agent, and to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for the duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Goorin Bros, and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Goorin Bros. Further, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in my name, so that Goorin Bros can be reimbursed.
While Goorin Bros. does not directly ship hats to international destinations, we can highly recommend MyUS.com, a third party shipping service; MyUS.com will purchase your desired items for you, and you will pay them in turn.

- MyUS will recognize the link and apply a 1 year free Premium membership to your order, so that you do not incur any additional costs, and can place a “Personal Shopper” order. (If you do not use the link, you will not receive this discount).
- When placing your order, make sure to select the “Do Not Repack” option. This will ensure that your order arrives in the original packaging provided by our warehouse.
- Please note that if you order feathers to accompany your hat, customs will add an import fee of $20-$50 per feather.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
1. Please note that at this time we are able to exchange online purchases returned to our Distribution Center, for the same style, different size or color, only. (If you prefer an alternate style, please place a new order for the item, and follow the steps above for returning your original order for a refund.)

RETURNING YOUR IN-STORE PURCHASE
1. To ensure proper processing, please return your GoorinBros. in-store purchases to any Goorin Bros. retail location in the US or Canada, for exchange, refund, or store credit.
2. This form may be used to accompany the shipment if you are mailing to a Retail location; please be certain to include your contact information, telephone or email, in the “Additional Comments” section, should the shop need to reach out to you.
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.

- If you place your after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week. This applies to Fedex 2Day and Overnight orders as well as those requesting Fedex Ground and Standard service.
- After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, followed by an email that contains tracking information.
- Please do note that multiple item orders may result in split shipment based on stock availability. We will email tracking confirmation with updated delivery estimations.
