If unwanted items are taken to a FedEx drop off location on or before day 5 of the trial, the credit card hold will be lifted once the return is processed. This usually happens within 2 weeks.

NOTE: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 24-48 hours for this to be reflected on your statement.

If the items are dropped off with the shipping carrier after day 5 of the trial, you risk being charged the full about of the order. You will, however, receive a full refund once the return is processed.


Yes! Valid discount offers apply to both traditional and TryNow purchases. Enter the discount code as normal at checkout.

At this time, TryNow is only able to support shoppers in the U.S. with the exception of New Mexico and Nevada. U.S. territories are currently also excluded due to carrier delays.

You will be charged within 14 days after the trial starts for items
kept. If you made a partial return, you will be charged for the items
kept when the return is processed.

Unwanted items must be dropped off at FedEx within 5 days from package delivery using the generated return label.

NO PRINTER? Use the QR code provided as part of your return and drop your package off at any FedEx drop location. Repackage items the same way they arrived.

The trial period is 5 days and begins the day of product delivery (day 1).

To avoid a charge you must return (to a FedEx drop off location) any unwanted items by the end of day 5.
